Suryaan brings the atmosphere of a glowing sunset to the floor. Intense orange and red-orange tones gather in the centre and fade softly towards the edges into cool turquoise blue. Fine horizontal pattern bands run across the surface like woven waves, balancing the strong colours with a calm, even texture. The rug reads as a large colour field that makes the room feel warmer and more vibrant. Handmade in India from wool on a cotton foundation, the Suryaan rug measures 200 by 140 centimetres. Its flat, kilim style construction is durable and practical, suitable as a living room rug, beneath a dining table or in a home office.
