Aranya feels like a quiet landscape made of colour. The upper field rests in light beige and sand, then deepens into a broad band of rich red before moving into earthy orange and rust tones. The transitions are soft and lightly dotted, almost like mist between horizon lines. Without ornamental drawing, the rug relies on surface, depth and material presence, bringing a calm modern warmth into generous rooms. Hand-knotted in India from wool on a cotton foundation, Aranya measures 298 by 248 centimetres. Used as a large living room rug, beneath a seating area or in a bedroom, it creates a clear warm zone without needing a traditional pattern. The combination of red, beige and orange recalls earth, evening light and natural pigments.
