Kelim feels like a woven rhythm of colour on a calm ground. Diagonal rows of small diamond motifs move across the surface, shifting between turquoise, orange, violet, yellow, rust red, blue and soft pastel tones. The beige-grey base holds the many colours together and gives the pattern a dry, almost mineral calm. Despite its vivid palette, the rug remains light, graphic and clearly structured. Handmade in Pakistan from wool on a cotton foundation, Kelim is a flatwoven rug measuring 240 by 180 centimetres. It works well as a living room rug, in a dining area or as a colourful accent within a restrained interior. The durable flatweave construction makes it practical for everyday use, while the diagonal diamond pattern connects traditional flatweave language with a modern multicolour expression. It pairs especially well with pale timber, linen, natural stone and quiet wall tones.
